How to cook “paparajotes

1 liter milk
3 eggs
1 self-raising flour
Grated lemon rind (the outside of the lemon)
½ teaspoon of sugar
A pinch of salt
Cinnamon
Lemon leaves
Flour (not enough to make it drip), homogenise and cover the lemon leaves
cook in hot oil, at the end sugar and cinnamon (do not eat the leaf).
