COMENIUS QUIZ IN POLAND

Poland is waiting for Comenius guests.To make the time pass faster and to remind the most important information about our partners' countries we had a Comenius Quiz.

Students answered questions about capital cities, music, food, symbols, film stars and sport stars of our countries.

Mariella sent us a  Spanish recipy straight from Italy.

How to cook “paparajotes”

1 liter milk

3 eggs

1 self-raising flour

Grated lemon rind (the outside of the lemon)

½ teaspoon of sugar

A pinch of salt

Cinnamon

Lemon leaves

Flour (not enough to make it drip), homogenise and cover the lemon leaves

cook in hot oil, at the end sugar and cinnamon (do not eat the leaf).
